Workouts
_ Exercise for 30_45 min. 5_6 days a week
_ Do 20_30 min an cardio for a snatched waist and stomach
_ Use weights when you do booty workouts to maximize your gains
_ Do more than just squats. (lunges, bridges, dead lefts, leg raises, fire hydrants, etc) Eat healthy
_ Cut out eating/drinking too much soda, sugary juices, greasy fattening foods, sugary foods, fast food, and other junk
_ Eat more fruits, veggies, and yogurt
_ Drink your water, green tea & cranberry juice
_ Eat protein and healthy fats! (chicken, salmon, turkey, beans, sweet potatoes, avocado, etc)
