Workouts

_ Exercise for 30_45 min. 5_6 days a week


_ Do 20_30 min an cardio for a snatched waist and stomach


_ Use weights when you do booty workouts to maximize your gains


_ Do more than just squats. (lunges, bridges, dead lefts, leg raises, fire hydrants, etc) Eat healthy 


_ Cut out eating/drinking too much soda, sugary juices, greasy fattening foods, sugary foods, fast food, and other junk


_ Eat more fruits, veggies, and yogurt


_ Drink your water, green tea & cranberry juice


_ Eat protein and healthy fats! (chicken, salmon, turkey, beans, sweet potatoes, avocado, etc)

How To Get a Flat Yummy Tummy Quick

If you're consistent you'll see results in no time

1. Drink a bottle of water as soon as you wake up before eating your breakfast.


2. Boil some water and add some lemon to it in the morning



3. Drink at least 4 or more bottles of water throughout the day


4. Lime and water works magic


5. Workout


6. You could do sit ups and count to 10 and other types of ab workouts (try going up 5 each day) 


7. You could do this once or twice a day if you have time or even before taking your shower 


8. Try eat big breakfast 


9. Eat 3 meals not just snacks a day and snack in between


10. Don't eat lots of sweets


11. Make sure you fully digest your food before sleep


12. Drink green tea every night (plain would be best)
