Workouts

_ Exercise for 30_45 min. 5_6 days a week


_ Do 20_30 min an cardio for a snatched waist and stomach


_ Use weights when you do booty workouts to maximize your gains


_ Do more than just squats. (lunges, bridges, dead lefts, leg raises, fire hydrants, etc) Eat healthy 


_ Cut out eating/drinking too much soda, sugary juices, greasy fattening foods, sugary foods, fast food, and other junk


_ Eat more fruits, veggies, and yogurt


_ Drink your water, green tea & cranberry juice


_ Eat protein and healthy fats! (chicken, salmon, turkey, beans, sweet potatoes, avocado, etc)

How To Get a Flat Yummy Tummy Quick

If you're consistent you'll see results in no time

1. Drink a bottle of water as soon as you wake up before eating your breakfast.


2. Boil some water and add some lemon to it in the morning



3. Drink at least 4 or more bottles of water throughout the day


4. Lime and water works magic


5. Workout


6. You could do sit ups and count to 10 and other types of ab workouts (try going up 5 each day) 


7. You could do this once or twice a day if you have time or even before taking your shower 


8. Try eat big breakfast 


9. Eat 3 meals not just snacks a day and snack in between


10. Don't eat lots of sweets


11. Make sure you fully digest your food before sleep


12. Drink green tea every night (plain would be best)

Tips for beauty


Eye Cream Is Great For Cuticles :- 

Instead of spending money on cuticle cream, you can use extra moisturizing and hydrating eye cream to cure dry cuticles.

 Soften Skin:-

Immediately after stepping out of a shower, pool or lake/ocean, apply some sort of cream to skin.applying moisture cream will prevent skin chapping .


Cut Back On Pedicures:-
Save money on your beauty routine by taking care of your feet on a daily basis. Simply scrub your foot with a pumice stone each morning in the shower. Once you step out and dry off, apply a moisture cream to your feet. This will increase the amount of time you can go without a pedicure and will keep your toes healthy and fungus-free






Stop Taking Supplements :-

It's true the healthier you are, the healthier your skin and hair will be. But popping supplements without discussing them with your doctor can do more harm than good. Why? Because mixing certain vitamins and minerals can have the opposite effect of what you're hoping. Talk to your doc before popping any pills.

Change It Up :-

Our skin craves different things depending on the time of year. So change up your beauty routine based on the seasons. In the winter, add more moisturizing creams to your daily beauty list In summer, ensure you're using lots of SPF.

Remove Nail Polish Without Remover :-
If you run out of nail polish remover, you can remove cracked or chipped nail polish by applying a clear top coat to the nail and removing it promptly with a cotton ball.

If You Have Greasy Hair :-
Avoid applying conditioner directly to your hair's roots -- just apply the heavy moisturizing cream to your locks' ends.


Use Oil On Your Skin.. Even If It's Already Oily :-

This probably sounds crazy, but using an oil-based product to remove makeup or excess dirt from your skin can actually improve your epidermis' condition. Why? Over-cleaning stimulates the sebum glands, which causes skin to over-produce oil. Using oil-based products will have the opposite effect.


Remember that beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.

Your Guide To Soft Lips


Exfoliate

Lip scrubs will remove the dead skin from your lips and leave them soft!

Don't Lick Them

Licking them actually dries out your lips and will make them become more chapped.

Keep Them Moisturized

Keep your lips moisturized and healthy with a natural moisturizer, such as Coconut oil/Olive oil.

Stay Hydrated

" Drink Water " yes I know, this is commonly said, but believe it or not it actually keeps your lips moisturized.

Don't Smoke

If you smoke, try not to, especially If you want soft lips. Smoking causes your lips to become dark, crushing and wrinkly.

Exfoliate W/A Toothbrush

Another way to exfoliate is taking a toothbrush and scrubbing your lips. Rinse with warm water.

Use Chap stick

This one is pretty obvious ( I think ), either way always keep chap stick with you to keep your lips moisturized & soft, be careful with what brands you use, some of them are harmful and are full of different chemicals 

- Try to go for more organic brands.

Remember everyone is different and some of these tips may not work for you, but that's okay.
